Muse Wearables, an IIT Madras startup, to release the COVID-19 detection wristband

An IIT Madras incubated start-up, Muse Wearables, raised a funding of as much as 22 crore rupees to develop a wearable wrist tracker. What's special about this tracker? It can diagnose COVID-19 symptoms at an initial stage. It will be available in the market next month. They are targetting a sales of 2,00,000 pieces this year.
How does it work?
The tracker is powered by Bluetooth and can be linked to your mobile phone through an app called the Muse Health App. The tracker can get updates from the Arogya Setu app and warn the user when a COVID containment zone is reached. It will be priced at around Rs 3500.
