Gamezop's latest seed funding shows that the next breakthrough for user engagement is 'Gamification'
In today's modern period, gamification is not only a method for soothing your daily routine, it has become a new novel of application in the area of user engagement and HR recruitment. Homegrown startup Gamezop has recognized the pulse of this use case. It was founded in 2015 by Yashash Agarwal and Gaurav Agarwal under the umbrella of Gurugram-based Advergame Technologies Private Limited.
Recently Gamezop raised $4.3 million (32 Crore) in the series A funding from US-based ventures Bitkraft Ventures, Velo Partners and FJ Labs. It had earlier secured a funding of 2.3 crore from Kwan Entertainment and Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a talent management firm.
Gamezop is known for its HTML-5 based mobile games that can be played on any mobile web browser. This helps them to strategically partner with various social media , e-commerce, video streaming and payment platforms such as Myntra, Grofers, Sharechat, MX player, and Phonepe to improve their user engagement by offering over 270+ games.
In the midst of COVID-19, the outreach for online gaming, payment interfaces and shopping has hit sky high. This suggests a great time for Gamezop to gain some more business in user engagement gamification and to keep pushing its way to the next level of mobile gaming.
