CureFit heads into the ready-to-eat market

Bangalore-based health and fitness start-up CureFit has launched ready-to-eat meals under the brand name of EatFit, which was affected due to the pandemic. EatFit, an online healthy food delivery platform, will also enter the market for fitness and nutrition supplements, with new items available exclusively on their website. It is currently operating in only Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Delhi. Ready-to-eat meals will be priced between Rs. 100 to Rs. 150, which can be ordered via CureFit app. It also has agreements with the food delivery firms, Zomato and Swiggy, to deliver these. It has currently launched two varieties, Rajma Masala and Dal Makhani variant, but will be releasing more varieties soon. It estimates that by December-end, this segment will make up 50 percent of its food-tech revenues. CureFit has also shut down all of its short-term Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs), except a few that would be used as a cloud kitchen.
